Support that fits around your life

Two tiers of support — both built around half-day visits, the same support worker, and genuine human connection. No hidden fees, no travel charges.

How our visits work

Half-day visits (4 hours)

Every visit is a half-day — long enough to actually do something meaningful together, whether that's a trip out, a proper chat over tea, or help around the home.

Once a week, same day

We schedule one visit per week on the same day each time. Routine matters — it gives clients something to look forward to and families peace of mind.

The same support worker, always

We match you with one dedicated support worker and they stay. No agency roulette, no strangers at the door. Just a familiar, trusted face.

Transparent costs

Mileage and any parking are charged at cost — the standard HMRC rate, itemised clearly on your invoice. For most outings that's a small, predictable amount. No hidden markup, no guessing what you're paying for.
